1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable if:

2. Conditions

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Clear images or video proof is required.

Product must be unused and in original condition.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided if:

Wrong model/design was ordered by the customer

Skin is damaged due to improper application

Product has been used, scratched, or removed

Color variation due to screen/display differences
4. Refund Process

After verification, refund will be processed via the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.
5. Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
