Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • Wrong product is delivered

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

2. Conditions

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear images or video proof is required.

  • Product must be unused and in original condition.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

  • Wrong model/design was ordered by the customer

  • Skin is damaged due to improper application

  • Product has been used, scratched, or removed

  • Color variation due to screen/display differences

4. Refund Process

  • After verification, refund will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.

5. Cash on Delivery

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
